Five checks, every order.

1. 01

   Genuine

   Everything we sell comes through official channels, and we keep the paperwork for every unit that leaves us. If a product cannot be traced, it does not go in the box.

2. 02

   Sealed

   The seal has to be intact. We record the batch code for your order, so if a maker ever recalls a batch we can tell you whether yours is affected.

3. 03

   In date

   At least nine months of shelf life left, checked per order. Skincare you cannot finish in time is not a bargain.

4. 04

   Protected

   Retail boxes are fragile and airmail is not gentle. Your order is repacked into a rigid carton with the customs papers inside, so it arrives looking the way it left.

5. 05

   Declared honestly

   Cosmetics, declared at the price you actually paid. We do not under-declare to dodge duty — that is how parcels get seized and how you lose both the product and the money.

Two things we cannot do. We cannot get you a product that has been discontinued, and we cannot ship one your country has not cleared for import — some sunscreen filters and some actives are allowed in Korea and not where you live. When that happens the product simply does not appear for your market, rather than failing at customs after you have paid.
