Privacy
What we hold
Your name, email, delivery address and phone number; your order history; and the last four digits of the card. We never see the full card number — the payment processor holds it.
Why
To buy, declare and deliver your order, and to prove to customs that a lawful sale took place. The phone number goes on the customs form because couriers use it.
Who else sees it
Korea Post for the shipping label, your own customs authority for the declaration, and the payment processor. Nobody else, and we do not sell or rent anything.
How long
Order and tax records for five years, because Korean tax law requires it. Your account until you delete it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of anything not held under a legal retention rule. Write to care@nabilab.com and we answer within thirty days.
Cookies
One for your session, one for the bag, one for your chosen market. No advertising or cross-site tracking, which is why there is no consent banner to dismiss.
