Transit time starts at dispatch, not at checkout.
Before it ships
Orders are prepared and checked within about three business days, then packed for the flight. Nothing leaves until every item in your order is in hand and has passed our checks.
Who collects the tax
Your own customs authority, from you, on delivery. Never us. The figure we show is an estimate from published thresholds — the final number is theirs.
Why we declare the real price
Under-declaring a parcel is how it gets seized and how you lose both the goods and the money. We declare cosmetics under HS 3304 at the price you paid.
If it goes missing
K-Packet is tracked end to end. If tracking stops for more than ten days we open a claim and send the order again at our cost — you do not wait for the postal service to finish arguing.
