Returns
Damaged, wrong, or leaking
Photograph it and write to us within fourteen days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund in full, including what you paid in shipping. You do not send anything back — return postage from your market costs more than the object and the object cannot be resold anyway.
Changed your mind, unopened
Write within fourteen days. We refund the objects, not the shipping or the import tax, and you return it at your own cost. Be aware that in most markets the tax you already paid is not recoverable from us — you would claim it from your own customs.
Opened
We cannot take it back. An opened cosmetic that has been through two customs checks cannot lawfully be sold to anyone else, so a return here is a destruction, not a return.
Before it ships
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, including the day we are out buying. Write to us and we stop.
A reaction to a product
Stop using it and tell us what happened, with the batch code from the bottom of the bottle. We refund in full regardless of how much is left, and we pass the batch code back to the maker.
